Race: Human
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Alignment: neutral
Affiliation: unaffiliated
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 160 lbs

Elemental Specialty 1: Air
Elemental Specialty 2: Psychic

Strength: 12
Speed: 17
Stamina: 16
Fortitude: 17
Elemental: 8
Mental/Psy: 20
Power level: 10 = 1,500
Total: 100
Moves:
1. Kiaihou - An invisible force attack that knocks one's opponent backwards. It can be shot either from an open palm or from the eyes, usually after very minimal charge time. The force of this attack depends on the amount of forced into it, depending on charge time the force of the push can feel anywhere from a gentle shove to being run over by a bus.
(100)
2. Kiaizou- An invisible force attack that draws the target towards the user as htough someone had shoved them in that direction. It's performed by quickly drawing in ki from your surroundings, creating a sort of ki vacume that draws the foe in. The force of the attack depends on how much ki is drawn, due to this it can feel as gentle as a shove or being suddenly ripped backwards. (100)
3. Telekinesis - This is the art of converting a users mental energy into a force that can be outside of the body. Ki hanesses the power of the spirit while telekinesis harnesses the power of the mind. While not the equal to ki in sheer flexibility telekinesis has equal potential for power. This technique allows for harnessing of the most basic forms of telekinetic energy, the moving of objects through the effort of the mind and the ability to create a telekinetic blast similar to a basic ki blast in power. The only visual sign of telekinetic usage is a shimmering of the air where the energy is concentrated. It is also more difficult to sense.(100, 20 of which MUST be on the psy stat)
4. Telekinetic Shield - the user creates a wall of telekinetic energy between him and the opponents blasts, this works in a similar fashion to the barrier technique and requires the full attention of the user. (Requires telekinesis)
5. Tsuihikidan - Tracking Ki shot- Extending the arm fully forward and releasing a beam of energy after a charge time of 5 to 10 seconds. The blast will home in on the opponent's ki signature and track after their movements. Color depends on users choice.
(100)
6. Kokoro O Yomu- A psychic ability to sense the target's past by placing a hand on their head. (A basically useless move, chose only if you REALLY want to)
(100)
6. Taiyouken -Solar Flare- The user Flattens hands in front of their face and shouts "Solar Flare!" and creates a blinding flash of light. The user can be effected by the attack as well, so they must close their eyes to avoid being blinded as well. The user is blinded for a time varying on their sensitivity to light. The usual time is around 5 to 10 seconds, depending on how close they are to the proximity of the flare. The general belief is that to use the move, a sun must be in the sky. The technique is best used when the user has his/her back to the sun, with the victim/s on the other side, facing the sun.
(100)
7. Psionic Pulse: The user lets off a huge wave of psychic energy that can infiltrate the victim's mind, destroying him or her from inside if the attack is strong enough(public, must have at least 10 points of psy).
Special Move: Psyblade - A fuchsia spire of psychic energy extends from Lola's right fist. The degree of its intensity can be regulated by her, but the stronger the energy, the less amount of time she can maintain it. At a low rate, a strike to the skull could render short-term memory loss; on the contrary, as its most intense it is a mortal weapon, capable of cleaving flesh.
Items: Jewelry box w/ advanced tech hard drive hidden amongst her belongings.
History: As with every creature of age in this time, they grew up in the midst of wartimes. This affected every being in the Sol galaxy differently. For a young human girl, it meant that she would not breath fresh atmospheric air, nor meet a companion of her own species for the first twenty years of her life.
Born aboard an intergalactic spaceship, the coldness of space was all she knew. Her parents worked hard aboard the vessel, often all day and night, stopping only for a few hours to rest. She was able to wander the ship as she pleased during her childhood and was somewhat the daughter of all its passengers. She had no clue what the ship's purpose was, and only once she was old enough to question about it did she find the information quite hard to find.
Without many companions of her own age or even species, she found herself in the ships bowels where she read books day and night. It wasn't so much a library as a vault. There were many books, but also miscelleanous weapons and curious artifacts. She wasn't supposed to be there, but through deception, charm or stealth she made her way. Still, nothing in the vault gave her any information as to where her ship came from.
During her adolescence, she was often reprimanded for her mischievous ways. In this she was found to possess great strength and determination when threatened. They vowed to initiate her into the ranks of the elite soldiers on the ship. As the impending date grew closer, her parents became more involved in her life than they had been during its previous 20 years. In their eyes she could see great sorrow, as if she was terminally ill. On the day before her training was to commence, through a series of improbable events: ship lockdown, radar malfunction, etc. Lola's parents thrust her into an escape pod and discharged it from the ship. The functions of the ship stayed offline for hours that day, for when they came back online, the missing pod was nowhere to be found on-screen.
For weeks, Lola floated through the absence of space. Her parents gave her a compact hard drive, about the size of a dime. It was the only thing she had on her person when she was extradited. She knew what it was, it could contain an almost infinite amount of information, but she couldn't imagine what was on it. Nor could she find out, because the only tech that could open it resided back on her ship, and it was a special ship, that much she knew.
Within a few days, she was found by a ship as she floated through Black Genesis space. The ship took her in and questioned her. Seeing as she had no real information about where she came from, her benefactors released her into their ship, housed her, but assigned a guard to her door, requiring her to be escorted anywhere in the ship she wanted to go, until they could find a place to drop her off. They asked her where she would like to be taken, she responded,
"Home."
Appearance: The quirky Lola is practically all legs; her eyes dull and unassuming brown. Her hair is lengthy, onyx black and often neglected. Her skin is a pale olive shade, but darkens very easily. She is long and strong, definately not a stick figure. She is practically always wearing leggings, fingerless gloves and/or headbands, like I said, quirky. (the pic is obviously very classy dress, not her usual)
Personality: No one would assume her a fighter. Fit as she may be, as well as rugged, she is always cheerful and amicable. Unless forced she will make light of almost every situation. She is not, as her other attributes may claim, scared or intimidated, she is simply peaceful by nature. She is quite capable if made to be.
Weaknesses: Inexperience, no 'killer-instinct', pacific-nature. Some words to describe her would be "careless" "distracted" "dreamy"
