03/201 The Saiyans were forced to condemn Namekian terrorist actions against an Icer embassy being constructed in one of the Prime Colonies. Earth issued a strong statement as well, but did not go so far as to condemn their long ally. The Icers have asked the Universal Council (The united governing and ambassadorial body for all major political and national entities) for sanctions and limited retaliation, but have been denied for now.
