Character Creation Rule Addendum 1: No person is allowed to create characters too
involved in each others destiny. For example, no one shall henceforth be allowed to create a cell type android and the android he must absorb to reach full
form. They must be played by other characters or npcs. No 2 characters of the same blood/family can be allied or too familiar with one another, to protect
other players from finding themselves overwhelmed in a fight they had previously been winning due to the loser bringing in another character.
This means: No making a character expressly for it to fuse with, serve as a transformation box for, or be absorbed by another PC you control. Take note this does not mean you can't have two characters be from the same family, they simply can't be allied to the same things. For example. You can make GG and Kori. You can not make Sai and Katey.
Character Creation Addendum 2: Due to legends previous history of a revolving door of character creation and graveyarding, from this point on there are additional restrictions, not upon the number of characters you can have (which still numbers 6), but on the frequency of creation. Upon acceptance of your second character, you must wait a month minimum between each additional character approval. This will, hopefully, curtain any pattern of continual creation and graveyarding of characters that simply wastes time.
This means: Quit it, Shock.
