Koltora and Kilo had both stepped up, neither of them seeming to be able to do much to the captain. Jak realized he would have to halt for now and try to hold Raiden off. He clenched his fist and lurched over slightly, his red aura appearing around him more intensely as he began to power up. He could feel that limit growing closer and closer as he gathered his power, but Raiden was coming his way. It wouldn't be possible for him to activate it yet. Jak strafed to the left in order to dodge the incoming kick from the golden haired sissy boy, jumping into the air to deliver a kick to the back of Raiden's head. His enemy staggered forward at the strike, obviously affected by the hit but not discerned in the least. As Jak landed back on the floor Raiden moved forward with a grimace, his knee moving up to try and connect with Jak's stomach. Jak just barely managed to raise a leg and block the strike, though the shock from the attack caused him enough pain as it was. Raiden was already a pretty fast fighter, but in this accelerated state it was almost too much to handle. Jak's blocking fell out of rhythm with Raiden's attacks for only a moment and the pirate capitalized on that, a powerful leg slamming into Jak's side. He stumbled for only a moment, but that moment was more than enough time for Raiden to start the onslaught of unfocused but powerful kicks. One leg struck his chest and almost immediately after his face, knocking him backwards. Raiden spun and kneed Jak in his back, stopping his stumble and almost stabilizing him were it not for the swift kick in the back of the leg that knocked Jak to his knees. The flurry of attacks happened so quickly that Jak almost didn't have time to process them. This Raiden guy might not have been the brightest but there was no doubting he was strong, especially in the Super Saiyan form. Jak needed to reach that level soon, they were running out of time and he really didn't want to die. His thoughts were cut short as a foot connected with his face, knocking him onto his back. Jak rolled over, watching blood drip from his nose and mouth, and started to move away from the pirate. To make sure Jak wouldn't try anything else, Raiden delivered one last kick to his ribs, knocking him over and rolling back toward the other fighters. "Someone kill this son of a !!, please, so we don't die," Jak breathed out while clutching his stomach. He closed his eyes momentarily, attempting to regain his strength. They need to do way instain mother> who kill thier babbys. becuse these babby cant frigth back?*

Funnily enough, no one was there. "Figures, they had everyone abandon ship a while ago. Probably during the ship merger. At least I won't have to worry about anyone butting in on my work." He said as he jumped into the control chair and began to access the controls. As the screen pop up with the thrust and turning, he began the sequence for movement. "Come on baby, work with me! I'm not going to let a perfectly good ship get shot down just for the sake of a stupid pirates plan. That and I need you to get onto the thing anyways!" Posts: 9667 (09/13/09 02:51:37) The Mystic Phoenix Namekian Legacy Management(Admin) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Well, two against 12 wasn't quite as bad odds, shugga thought as he threw the ship to the side and turned, picking up speed as the laser bolts began to flick by to either side of the small ship. The sucker was fast, he realized soon enough, as he outdistanced his pursuers for a few moments. He turned, flipping the ship on its side and reversing his direction in a long, graceful arc that ended with him aiming back towards the group of three trailing him. Bolts slammed into his shields, alighting the ship in amber fire that fell away within moments. He cleared the storm of hellfire, twitched his thumb on the trigger, and loosed a quad of bolts towards the rearmost of the three. The first two dipped off, the last was a moments hesitation in turning, and his own shields lit up as the pinpricks of red energy hit it. He continued on, moving in the opposite direction of his allies due to the laser bolts being directed between him and them, close enough to keep him moving. Shugga shot between the two groups and circled back, fingers against twitching on the trigger as the foe he had removed from the pack tried to get back in formation. The other two turned, however, and headed towards shugga from the fore, port angle. His shields dipped, came back, and dipped again a moment later as he doggedly pursued the foe. CHUGGA CHUGGA CHUGGA KACHOOOM! Sounded the lasers as they finally broke through his shields and exploded the ship from the inside out, frying the pilot and tossing him into billions of pieces around the galaxy. Shugga broke off, speed increasing drastically as he let off the energy drain of the lasers and went flat out. His pursuers came on, undeterred by the loss of one of their number... Momentarily they were joined by a second trio off the starboard side. "Kekness..." Shugga murmered as the blackness erupted in red all around him... Conservative In Exile.

He looked up, seeing the face of the pirate that had seemingly turned on the rest of them. He crouched slightly, a finger pointed out at Jak that moved to point at Raiden. "Can you do what he's did?" The question was oddly worded, but Jak figured he was referring to the Super Saiyan ability. Jak nodded slightly. "I've been trying to do it again but I can't get enough time to reach it." The one called Mambo stood at this statement, Jak following suit and dusting his shirt off. "I'll hold him off," Mambo said as he walked forward in Raiden's directions. "You work on that." "What's the matter," Raiden began his taunt with his hands on his hips, a laugh erupting from him in the cockiest way possible. "Are none of you strong enough to fa-- ah, Mambo! Let's see how you've improved while we were apa--" Mambo spared no time with banter as he closed the gap between them, jumping into the air and sending a powerful foot into Raiden's face. He grunted and stumbled back, quickly responding with a swift straight kick that struck Mambo in his stomach. Their fight erupted from then on, a fast exchange of blows that left them on equal ground but intimidatingly so. While this began, Jak stood still trying to focus on the power from before. It was slightly difficult, being that Jak was in such a blind fury at that point that he didn't remember a lot of the fight past that point. But there was something in him that he could feel, like a new bar had been set in his mind to remind him of what he'd grown to. So Jak concentrated on that bar and began to power himself up. Clenching his fists once more, his red aura re-appeared as his power level began to steadily climb. Soon, Jak found, the power was coming to him more easily than he'd ever expected. After passing a certain level of strain, he felt his power begin to increase to the level he'd remembered. Yelling loudly from the stress, Jak's aura became tinted with the signature gold color of what he was about to achieve. His hair began standing, the color slowly changing from red to gold as well. Standing in place and appearing spiked, the transformation was almost finished. Seconds later Jak felt his energy reach it's peak and yelled out powerfully. "FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!" As that single word erupted throughout the ship Jak completed the transformation, his power exploding outwards to the point where it was a literally physical force felt by the people in the area. The spike in power caused both Mambo and Raiden to stop and turn their heads, giving Jak the opportunity to charge their enemy. A powerful fist slammed against Raiden's chest and the rest of Jak's body slammed into him afterward, sending them both flying into a wall. Raiden's legs receded toward his chest then suddenly burst forward, both feet pushing Jak away from him. As soon as Jak was flying backwards his eyes began glowing red, a powerful beam of energy bursting from them. Raiden rolled out of the way and stood up, Jak's eyes following as the beams followed his target. Raiden continued his evasive maneuvers, not having enough concentration to see when Mambo leaped through the air, a foot crashing into Raiden's torso. Before he could stumble back, Mambo caught his arm and spun, flinging him across the room and back toward Jak. Thanks to the maneuver of teamwork, the eye beam Jak had been firing now easily crashed into Raiden's back, exploding and sending him to the ground. Jak broke his hover and his feet tapped against the ground, realizing he hadn't been keeping track of time and not knowing when the ship would go down. He began walking toward Raiden, looking out to the other fighters. "There's not much time left," Jak announced the obvious as he reached above his head, pulling a katana out of its sheath. "I say we end this now so none of us are blown to hell." They need to do way instain mother> who kill thier babbys. becuse these babby cant frigth back?

The pain had shut him down, but christ, it would you too. A naginata shoved through your chest is not a very pleasant experience. "Thank Kold for Icer organ redundancy..." He mumbled through gritted teeth as one hand found purchase on a porthole and he pulled himself up. "Oh..." He exclaimed, and then winced in pain. "Guys... Someone needs to get me out of here, now." He speaks, eyes never leaving the sight before him as his face turns towards the others. "I am far too important to die right now." There, a few hundred kilometers in the distance, was a gigantic Red and Black ship, looking sort of familiar, like something you'd seen in a book, or tv commercial one time and since forgotten it. It wasn't moving, but there was a distinct and vicious red, sparkling glow emenating from some projections. It was very obviously some sort of beam weapon charging, looking oh to ready to lash out and blow whatever ship they were on to pieces. Conservative In Exile.

He must have passed out, he realized... He tried to draw breath, and realized with horror nothing entered his throat but blackness and void. "Ga..." he croaked, fear overriding all of his senses. He thrashed in the cockpit, the fear of every spacer being brought to life as the universe itself throttled life from him. He sliced through the restraining belt with his hands and flung himself forward, out of the ship and through its melted windshield. Coldness gripped his bones and the lack of oxygen, even for only a few seconds, was beginning to cause blackness to dim his vision. A moment of clarity struck and he reached for his belt, where the TSN grenade was, he could still save himself! "Gaaa!" He croaked as his hand came back empty. It was gone, must have been thrown from him when the ship was blown. Shugga's muscles slumped. He was out of air, and his limbs were freezing. He was a dead beast... A light. Beautiful. bright... He had heard stories... He began to float towards it eyes dimming more and more so that all he saw was the bright red, white glow amidst a sea of black. The light brightened, and then more. He was going to go to heaven... Woulda died lots sooner if I'd believed that. He thought in the Draconic tongue. And then something, just a spark of intuition, brought some cognition to his mind and he fought the deathknell keening over him. His eyes widened, pushing away the darkness even as his lungs burned hot, even as his limbs froze blue. "Habajer!" He screamed, more of a breathless wheez than actual words. He sped up, throw his body forward at full speed, bringing an aura up around him. FAAWWWWWOOOOHHHNNGGGGG The sound of the beam firing was horrible, like nothing the draconic had ever heard. Shugga blasted towards it, his energy spiking and surging to its maximums and higher. "Ggggggg" He screamed again, nothing coming out. And then it was there, heading towards the ship full of his temporary comrades, about to blow them all to bits... "RWWWWWAAAAA!!" he roared, actually roared, pulling air from somewhere that it could not have it been... And then plunged headlong into the point of the beam.... The effect was minimal, none could have seen any change in the instant the Kobold hurled his body and full ki signature into its mass... But 20 kilometers further and it had shifted a half a degree in its trajectory. 100 kilometers later and that had turned into a hundred feet. Three hundred kilometers later it shot right past the Sister/Brother ship combo far to the side. Shugga, of course, did not know that his final act had done anything.... Raiden didn't seem affected by this, however; he lay on the ground with a wide grin on his face. "It doesn't matter what you do to me," He began, turning his head to look out the large window. "Pretty soon this whole ship is going up and you won't be able to stop it." "What are you waiting for, Captain?" Koltora called out from the group of fighters gathered on the sidelines. "Kill the son of a +##%+ already! Jak looked to his friend and gave him a nod, moving a bit closer to Raiden until the blade was just about pressing against the skin of his neck. "I'm going to make this a quick death," Jak began, lifting his weapon up. "Because I don't have time to %$@% around with you." In seconds his katana was above his head, ready to stab down, but something caught the eye of everybody on the ship. The area began to grow brighter, and it caused all of the fighters to turn their heads and look out the window. From the side of the ship called the Harbinger, the large, ominous cannon that had served as an ultimatum from the man Waltz, came a glow that started as slight red then intensified until it was a blinding white, obstructing the vision of all aboard. All sound around them seemed to disappear, replaced by the eerie ring of white noise as everyone's heartbeats collectively skipped a beat then sped up. Nobody could see what was happening, but they knew what was coming. Without warning, a thunderous boom shook the ship and the very souls of those on board. But in time the noise ceased, the light vanished, and all were happy to discover that their greatest fear at the time had been abolished. The blast had missed the ship, though not by much, and the passengers were safe. Though there was little chance that the cannon would be firing again any time soon, they all wanted off of the ship even more now. Jak turned his head back down to Raiden, only to see that he had already gotten up and was preparing a charging attack on Jak. Thinking quickly, he thrust his sword out in front of him, feeling the steel slip through flesh and break apart bone as it passed through and stabbed out of the back of his torso. Raiden's face froze for a moment, but it did not turn to one of shock. Instead, his mouth quickly twisted back up into a smile and he began laughing loudly, eyes looking to the ceiling. The booming laugh echoed throughout the otherwise silent deck, drawing all eyes to the Super Saiyan captain and his impaled target. Jak growled for a moment, his hand quickly grabbing the handle of his other katana and sliding it from its sheath. With one swift, powerful swing, the steel of Jak's second sword sliced through flesh and bone, cutting clean through the pirate's neck. Raiden's head accordingly fell from his shoulders, hitting the ground with a spurt of blood and leaving the rest of his body hanging by the support of another blade. Jak took a step back, lifting a foot and kicking the beheaded body to force it off of his sword, watching it fall backwards to the floor as it too began spilling the contents of Raiden's veins. Jak didn't sheathe his blades, however; he stood with one at each of his sides, staring down at the body as he began breathing slightly heavy. His golden hair began to fall back toward his forehead, turning red at the same time his aura disappeared. After a moment, he looked up and in the general direction of the rest of the people on board. "Well..." Jak said as one arm motioned to the dead pirate captain on the floor. "What now?" Waltz shouted, bolting up from the captains seat on the bridge of the harbinger. The old mans hand slammed into the control panel infront of him, damaging it slightly. "Sir, targeting systems were only operating at 13% capacity." Soemone informed waltz, causing the old man to take a deep breath and sit back down. "Bring us in closer, prepare to fire again." "AYE!" the crew shouted as they set about making this a reality. Before this could be done however a loud buzzing sound filled the bridge. "Sir! Multiple hostiles inbound!" Someone shouted, causing Waltz to look out his window. Several large ships began to come out of warp around the combined ship. The largest of which the old man recognized as the flagship of the earth defense forces. It wasn't as large as the harbinger, however it was fully functional, quite unlike the super weapon the pirates were currently piloting. "Get us out of here..." Waltz said with annoyance in his voice. The harbinger lit up suddenly, blinking out of sight before the earth defense forces could do anything. "FOLLOW IT!" The captain of the largest ship screamed. Two cruisers suddenly lit up in a similar style to the harbinger before vanishing much in the same way. 15 minutes later....... The injured were cleaned up, Pirates being lead off the ship in restraints. "We're to escort the injured civilians back to earth. The ambassador will be escorted to a planet of his choosing and dropped off. The remnants will be given a ride to the planet of their choosing in a neutral transport. The military officers will be escorted to earth to rest. Send our regards, and the trekars remains, back to his people along with our condolences." The officer in charge approached the military officers who were currently leaning against a wall conversing. "Gentlemen. We looked forward to your report." "Sir." Koltora said, watching as both Foxtrot and Mambo were escorted off the ship in cuffs. "What about them? They assisted us in the take down of the captain." "They will be imprisoned like the others, they will however have a reduced sentence. You guys should go, your shuttles are waiting." Koltora move away from the wall, moving with jak and kilo towards the currently docked alliance ship. "How bout that drink?" Koltora asked, bringing an end to this crap.
