MOVES:
Choubakuretsumaha: User bends their arms in front of their chest, the bottoms of their palms touching. A volley ball sized amount of energy is formed (color varies) in 10 to 20 seconds, the user then pushes arms forward in a shove and releases the explosive wave of energy.
Eye Blast: This is an attack which can prove very useful to the user. The attacker concentrates his or her energy, then instantly lets loose with two compact beams, one from each eye. The strength of the beams is dependent on that of the user.
Barrier: This purely defensive technique forms a shield around the body that protects the user from Ki or similar attacks. There are two forms of this maneuver. One is a spherical shield that surrounds the body, the other is more of a coating of the body. Color and dexterity of the move depends on the user's choice, the size can range to small enough to defend one's radius, or spread out to defend a group, although varying size will have different amounts of drain on energy. (This does not protect you from everything, and takes concentration to use so no other move can be used at the same time.)
Kiaihou: An invisible force attack that knocks one's opponent backwards. It can be shot either from an open palm or from the eyes, usually after very minimal charge time. The force of this attack depends on the amount of forced into it, depending on charge time the force of the push can feel anywhere from a gentle shove to being run over by a bus.
Taiyouken: Solar Flare- The user Flattens hands in front of their face and shouts "Solar Flare!" and creates a blinding flash of light. The user can be effected by the attack as well, so they must close their eyes to avoid being blinded as well. The user is blinded for a time varying on their sensitivity to light. The usual time is around 5 to 10 seconds, depending on how close they are to the proximity of the flare. The general belief is that to use the move, a sun must be in the sky. The technique is best used when the user has his/her back to the sun, with the victim/s on the other side, facing the sun.
Soukidan: Winding Ki Shot- To charge, the user places one arm in front of themself, elbow bent at 90 degrees with their palm facing up into the air, second hand gripping the charging arm at the wrist. A bright ball of energy will then form above the palm taking at least ten seconds to charge, after which time it can be thrown at the foe. It can be controlled by the user's hand movements and willed to explode at any time. Impacts with the target before being made to explode will hit home much like a punch.

Sauzer Blade: This move involves igniting a small blade of energy around the user's hand(s), which can then be used to slice at a target. The blade is only a foot or two long and like the larger Ki No Tsurugi, maintaining the blade saps life energy, but can cut through virtually anything. The charge time is instant, but the drain is a constant, small amount.

Burning Attack: An explosive sphere of energy that requires a peculiar arm ritual before commencing the blast. The arm ritual is the charge time, the interweaving hand motions can last a good 5 seconds before the user throws their hands forward in 3 seconds time totaling up to a total 8 second charge time. The blast can move rather quickly and create a wide range of damage.

Stella Nova: Kilo opens his palms (in any stance) and charges two balls one of dark energy and one of lightning energy, for 5 to 20 seconds channeling loads of energy into each ball but not growing bigger than the size of a softball. When charged, Kilo throws both balls of energy at the enemy. Leaving his hands, the spheres connect with a small bolt of lightning between them and begin to pull themselves toward each other, spinning violently until they merge and create a huge beach ball sized sphere of energy surrounded in electricity. Making contact with the target can cause a huge explosion followed by a shock-wave of electric energy, it can also arc to enemies. Kilo takes minor amounts of electrical damage for a duration of time after the blast, depending on the charge of the attack.
Solar Eclipse: An alternate form of the solar flare. Instead of blinding the foe, the user lets off a huge amount of dark ki, making the surroundings pitch black for a short amount of time.(Public)Benihime's Voice: Activated only by the incantation "Sing Benihime" Said before charge. (The name of Kilo Verix's Sword.)Kilo channels dark energy through his blade surrounding it. Then he channels lightning energy through the blade. This is a charging technique; the user should mainly defend while charging the blade. The blade deals a blunt blow but packs lightning behind it dealing a strong shock to anything it touches and also releases a pulse of darkness possibly blowing the opponent backward. Once the user feels that the blade is charged he releases the technique, the charge on the blade increases the damage for a short time depending on how long the user charged it. The sword also stuns when it cuts another being the amount of stun is determined by the power level of the user. This technique is rough to maintain, especially while attacking. Must have sword: Benihime, Elements: Lightning and Darkness.
Spirit Flash: Utilizing the basic principles of the Final Flash and the Spirit Sword (KI No Tsurugi), the creator
places their hands infront of them open palms touching, while facing outward. Then Spirit energy is forced into a Final Flash and sent hurtling towards the
opponent. The charge time for the attack is less than for the Final Flash, though the addition of spirit energy makes is very similar in power. A character
does NOT need KI No Tsurugi or Final Flash to learn this. The attack takes around 15 seconds to charge.
SPECIAL MOVE: Glowing Bullet - User extends one arm with hand in a fist formation. User may want to place the other arm on the shoulder of the extended one as this blast may take some extra leverage. A small glowing ball of green light appears at the front of the fist growing bigger with swirling energy flowing into it. After about a 10 - 15 second charge (can be longer) the user lets go sending a the glowing ball of energy speeding towards the opponent if not dodged quickly this attack can take out the opponent and a wide area in a huge explosion of energy.

History: Kilo was born on planet New Vegeta. Growing older his parents suffered horrible deaths his mother being the last to go. They were killed by Kolanx, who is Kilo's father's old friend. They were killed because on a mission, Kilo's father and he were investigating a planets refusal to pay their debts to planet New Vegeta Kilo's father Bratos hears them out on the sad and dark times they explain. Kolanx, though, does not understand he threatens by killing innocent people on the planet, he and Bratos get into it and while fighting Bratos is killed and left on the planet. Kolanx is ordered back to Vegeta for debriefing immediately, when he explains why his partner did not come back as well he is cast out from planet Vegeta but in a refusal to go he quickly flies to the home of Bratos and takes revenge upon his old friend's wife. When she is dead he attempts to kidnap the young boy and take him away but young Kilo resists.When an old saiyan friend realizes whats going on he charges over to young Kilo. Upon arrival of several military officers Kilo is freed the saiyans arrest Kolanx and send him in to the far reaches of space to rot in complete isolation.
Appearance: Shoulder length white hair, straight, Somewhat muscular, a red piece of cloth covers his forehead, around the waist of his Saiyan armor is a red sash and his tightly secure white tail.
Personality: Kilo has a kind heart but at times he can have a very dark personality. He is very hard headed and reckless.
Weaknesses: Water would be his weakness he never really cared to learn how to swim so the thought of water being his death is a very horrific thought. Kilo is also fairly weak to psychic abilities.
