Humans entered the world of Galactic Politics over 2,200 years ago and haven't looked back since. Their finest minds have been able to copy and improve on Galactic Technology, and their warriors -once feeble and nearly blind to ki energy- have risen through the ranks to be able to stand beside, or against any species of respect. Earth itself seems as though consecrated ground, no small measure thanks to the coveted dragonballs and nearly boundless natural resources. Strengths: Highly adaptable and fast learners. Weaknesses: --- Bonuses: +2 starting techniques (in addition to the 5, so a total of 7). Half saiyan note: Any saiyan-human character who is less than 25% saiyan uses the human bonuses. "Humans? Calling no man or race master, these fighters, these survivors will defend the honor of themselves, their name, or their Race at any cause. In terms of combat, Saiyans aren't particular ingenius or bright, rather, they are just damned hard to kill. They are almost incapable of realizing when they have been beaten. Strengths: Typically high stamina and fortitude. Weaknesses: Not particularly smart (the average warrior anyway), Psy is usually low for this race. Bonuses: Stamina or Fortitude can start up to 30, rather than the cutoff of 25 for all other stats. Half saiyan note: Any saiyan-human character who is 25% to 75% saiyan obtains the unleashed rage psuedo trans instead of the saiyan bonuses. (Physicals + 2.5, power level doubled (The numbers not the points)) any saiyan-human character who is more than 75% saiyan uses the saiyan bonuses. "Come on, do that Super Saiyan thing for me... This race of people has survived perhaps more heartache than any other in memory. Surviving in the cold depths of space, this peaceful, vegetarian species has reawakened old uses for their claws and fangs. Wilder than Saiyans, smarter than Humans, these 'Feral Namekians' are coveted Special Operations Soldiers. Quiet, deadly, and very, very angry. Strengths: High mental capacity and self-healing. Weaknesses: Without proper and regular meditation Namekians tend to become more agitated in their personality, and less calm in combat. Bonuses: Namekians may begin with a psy of up to 30, rather than 25. In addition, they recieve the regeneration and Mystic (limb extension) techniques for free. "Namekians are only good for 2 things. The first species is the Kobolds, they make up nearly 80% of the entire race. They breed like rabbits and in vast quantities. On Wer Ibahalii vur tiichi Abwoieh Okarthelaczil di wer zezhuanth vur kilith vur versel Vs'shatak, or, "The glorious and blessed second homeland of the Ancient and Merciful and Mighty Draconic Peoples', known simply as Okarthel to the rest of the galaxy, there are 20 million Draconics in residence. Of those 20 million, over 16 million are Kobolds. They serve in basically the capacity you would expect. General laborers, servants, and front line (read: cannon fodder) soldiers. To be fair, they are also Doctors, what a Draconic would consider a Lawyer, and everything else in Society simply due to necessity. Kobolds generall measure about 3 foot tall, weighing around 50-75 lbs. The second species is the Lizardfolk. These badboys tower above their Kobold brethrens, and assume themselves their betters. While it is true that the average Lizardfolk could destroy the average Kobold, the Lizards assumption that they are actually smarter than their little brothers is... wrong. Truthfully, the 'average' Lizardfolk is a complete idiot. The posterchild for the musclebound, braindead moron. Most Lizards don't even realize it, somehow ignoring the fact that their childhood teachers and tutors are actually, yes, Kobolds. That isn't to say that Kobolds are actually that smart, the whole species is made up of mostly barely-sentient rutters who know little beyond copulation and digestion. And they even confuse THOSE at times. The saving grace of the species is the '1%'. The one percent of the population who's IQ's are generally comparable to human, good breeding and some very good luck sometimes keeps them from devolving back into their ancient ancestors. The final species is the Dragonkin. In the entirety of Okarthels populace of 20 million, there are 19 Dragonkin in total. You can not make a dragonkin character. However, that is not to say there will never be a Dragonkin on Legends. Simply that they are not 'made' in the usual method. (Dragonkin are 'born' with a minimum of 500 stats, thus its obvious why one can not be made from the start.) Strengths: They usually attack in force. Weaknesses: As a species, most are really dumb. Bonuses: Kobolds: Can start with up to 30 speed. (Kobolds run away very, very fast). Lizardfolk: Can start with up to 30 strength. "Draconics? Annoying bastards. What is known is that the War of the last 200 years was one of the better things that had happened in centuries for them. Xantam are ravenous carnivors. Sometime in the preceding millennia they had eaten themselves off of their own homeworld. Not being above eating sentience, a few groups of Xantam fell to cannibalism and great woe did fall upon them. Experiencing a technology boom that could only be spurred by desperation and need, hundreds of thousands of Xantam took to space, putting themselves in long and deep hibernation sleep, awaiting the day their captains, or their captains descendents if it took too long, would come and wake them. It did take long, much too long. The Captains and the few crew who stayed awake to man the ship HAD descendents, who had descendents, who had descendents. Their population began to grow as the cattle and food preserves they had brought aboard began to wane. A few ships descended, once more, into cannibalism, feasting upon their unawares and sleeping fellows who had trusted them with their lives. The Xantam tried colonizing worlds, but never was there enough life to sustain them, never enough meat. Thus, they tried attacking inhabited worlds. Earth, Namek, Vegeta, Frostia, any planet supporting large numbers of life forms have felt the Xantams fangs at least once in the last 2,000 years. They thought they were damned, thought they were doomed to roam the space lanes until they had consumed themselves to extinction... And then Ebross came. Promising them flesh upon flesh he recruited them to his cause, and the Xantam did feast. For 200 years. Now, following the treaty to end the war, and Demon and Majin partners on their worlds, the Xantam have been taught different ways. Their bodies have been found able to metabolize certain planets, grains, and fruits, and thus the Xantam began to farm. The Xantam were taught population control, and thus they have not overtaxed their ecosystems. The Xantams live side by side with Demons and Majins, and few of them feel the need to gnaw the sinew and flesh of their brother races, the Xantam have learned... And the Universe is a more frightening place by far. Strengths: A female xantam can lay a 'litter' of pups of between 6 to 12. These pups grow into full maturity in a short 5 years, compared to the humans 16 or so. They are survivors, and have an almost telepathic connection to their litter-mates when attacking in force. Be wary of Xantam in force. Weaknesses: A lone Xantam is sometimes hesitant in a battle, unsure of his chances, unless he has a history of one on one combat. A Xantam just leaving home, if they ever do so, needs alot of time to acclimate himself to the experience. Bonuses: Fierce, offensive warriors. May start with a strength of up to 30, and a Pl of 16 if the user chooses. "These Xantam.... I mean, we thought we were savage... Within the Demon Society there are two factions. The first blames Kori Garris for getting their ancient homelands destroyed. The second sees him as the catalyst that freed them from their eternal chains and giving them the ability to spread their seed upon the galaxy at large. Demons, by and large, are evil bastards. Even half-demons find their hellspawned blood dominant almost uniformly. While no other particular race within the Remnant is wholly good or evil, the Demon members give the entire group a worst reputation. Strengths: Demons typically have immense amounts of ki for their relative strength level, and like to throw it around. Weaknesses: Due to their evil and otherworldly roots, Demon Ki is very hard to hide. While it can be cloaked, most people can tell a demon just from the 'taste' of their Ki. They form and create their buus, they majinize their converts, rule and lead their people alongside the Demons and Xantam who share their worlds. These Sorcerers aren't particular strong and hardy physically, but they wield the power of the Elements like god's. Many foe have underestimated them due to their physical stature, and ended up dead for it. Strengths: Great displays of their power. Weakness: Martial Combat. Bonuses: Majin Sorcerers may only start with a max of 10 in Strength and Fortitude, however, they may begin with an elemental power of 35, rather than 25. "Hey... Buu's can look like anything. Typically, they are humanoid, pink, and take on the characteristics of the last thing that they absorbed. That can get very interesting, be it Namekian, Saiyan, or even a Rabbit. Young, freshly hatched Buu's are dumb. Older ones are smart, having usually absorbed a few folks and learned some things from them. Most buu's and their Sorcerers get along famously, it being an equal partnership. There have been a few honest-to-God buu/sorcerer marriages in the past, but it is typically frowned upon. Very narcasistic. Even for the sorcerers. Alot of Buu's are given free reign, allowed to roam the galaxy at will, asked only to check in occasionally. The Buu that destroys his maker is an outcast. Not only that, but a traitor. Other buu-forms and sorcerers will attempt to kill the abomination before its heresy spreads. On the other hand, abusive and mistreating sorcerers are warned, and sometimes their buus are confiscated if they prove unable to care for the being. Strengths: Nearly impossible to kill. Weakneses: The war has shown that these beasts have an extreme flaw in terms of the ice element. The ice element freezes their molecular structure (due to the buus highly active system requiring a higher than average temperature). Many, many Buu's have been killed simply because they were first frozen, and then blown into infinity. Bonuses: Buu's can start with a fortitude and stamina of 30. Due to Absorption, buu's have a higher rate of 'Bank' moments than other characters. Conservative In Exile.

With the destruction of their Royal Family over 2,000 years ago, they suffered a slow and steady for a long time afterwards. The Kold One had 6 illegitimate sons in those days. He also had a wife pregnant with his 3rd legitimate son. She fled, and for hundreds of years the six fought amongst themselves, and the Planet Trade Generals for control. When he came of age and strength the son, Glascius, returned. The civil war was long and hard, and his mother was one of its victims. For 300 years he kept up the fight, but even Icers die of old age sometimes, and thus did Glascius the Berserker, his son, come to power. He led the Forces of Kold for only 75 years before he was killed in an ambush in space, opening the ranks for his younger brothers son (his brother being born with a rare disease) Arctus to do battle. Arctus the Just was a great warrior, and in his lifetime 2 of the Bastard lines was ended. Vinterian, his third son, eldest survivor, came to power 400 years later. Vinterian recaptured Frostia from one of the Bastard lines, destroying it in the process. Vinterian was a long lived Monarch, surviving 650 years before succumbing. In the year 1425 A.K (after Kold) Frieza II, Frieza the Horrible came to power. He was powerful indeed, destroying the fourth and fifth of the Bastard lines completely, but for every injustice visited upon his foe, it was matched by one he visited upon his own people. He was assassinated by his two nephews, Arctus III and Colarian in 1510. The two brothers (who came to be known as the Saints of Kold) split the kingdom in half at that point, signing a Truce for the Grandson of Frieza II to inherit it upon their deaths. Such was their foresight in preserving the Kingdom, and refusing to entertain the possibility of any more bastard lines, they had themselves Neutered, and then went on to rule together for nearly 300 years. Kold the Eight inherited the throne in the year 1840. He, finally, wiped out the last Bastard line in his time, and then subsequently died 100 years prior to the Dragon War. Siberian ruled when the Galactic dating system was adopted. He died by his own hand following the failed invasion of the Sol system, leaving his son in command. Thermite ruled for 162 years, coming to power in the year 30 AD (Age of the Dragon this time), and dying in the final Battle of Alliance/Remnant War. Since the year 192 AD, Emporer Arctus IX has ruled. Strengths: Is the only main species who can survive in space. Has a tail that is very prehensile. Lives for hundreds of years. Weaknesses: Icers of under 100 years of age are very immature and have a higher lust for battle than their elders, which has proven dangerous. Bonuses: Icers can 'lock' themselves into their transformations if they choose, needing only to power down but not return to their base form if they do not want to. Icers over 50 years of age may choose 2 additional starting techniques as well. Conservative In Exile.
