Jidashyuufukunoriyoku- An android ability to reconstruct broken parts. Reconstruction time will depend on the severity of the injury sustained.

Shiyouken- The user concentrates and sprouts a pair of extra arms from their shoulders. Charge time will be at least ten seconds and requires full
concentration. Having the extra arms in play will provide an extra drain on the user's stamina and they can be gotten rid of at any time the user desires.

Dodonpa- User forms a fist with index finger pointed forward, aiming their finger at a designated target. After at least a few seconds of charging,
the user shouts "Dodonpa!" and, firing a thin, but powerful beam of energy. The user can increase the strength of this attack the longer they charge
it, the longer the mantra is drawn out basically increases charge time(ex: "Do...don...pa!" in an exaggerated fashion, the longer the time the
stronger the blast)

Eye Blast- This is an attack which can prove very useful to the user. The attacker concentrates his or her energy, then instantly lets loose with
two compact beams, one from each eye. The strength of the beams is dependent on that of the user.

Barrier- This purely defensive technique forms a shield around the body that protects the user from Ki or similar attacks. There are two forms of
this maneuver. One is a spherical shield that surrounds the body, the other is more of a coating of the body. Color and dexterity of the move depends on the
user's choice, the size can range to small enough to defend one's radius, or spread out to defend a group, although varying size will have different
amounts of drain on energy. (This does not protect you from everything, and takes concentration to use so no other move can be used at the same time.)

Tsuihikidan -Tracking Ki shot- Extending the arm fully forward and releasing a beam of energy after a charge time of
5 to 10 seconds. The blast will home in on the opponent's ki signature and track after their movements. Color depends on users choice.

Knives (10)- Ten knives scattered throughout his person, hidden in different parts of his wardrobe. He rarely changes where he actually wears these
weapons, though no one ever knows where they are.
History: Balnazar is part of a special society called the Republic of Arthur, a huge mass of humans that had been established on an asteroid somewhere in the northern quadrant. A very militaristic people, the Republic of Arthur spent most of their time training and breeding warriors. Because they believe in military strength, the RoA is known to take the most perfect soldiers and match them up to breed fine warriors.
Balnazar was a child not unlike the rest of his siblings, bred from two of the most powerful warriors. He was given to the military without a second thought from his parents at the tender age of five, and was put into schooling to become a new soldier. He was naturally a great student, and quickly skipped through the academy to become one of the best students they'd seen in several years.
At only nineteen he was given command of a small group of troops, making him the youngest solider in the Republic to have authority. Most of his missions were nothing more than recon missions, though he had his fair share of excitement. By the time his first tour was over, Balnazar had won a number of medals and was up for his next promotion.
This time he got a ship, which he called the SS Cornella in honor of his mother's first name. With the ship he was given more dangerous assignments, branching out across the universe to help planets in need. He spent a good portion of his time helping out the poor and weak, and eventually grew to love the job so much that he didn't want to go home. Balnazar and the rest of his crew defected from the Republic, becoming targets for hunt by the RoA military.
Through his years, Cossa managed to become somewhat of a hero, and the captain of a legendary ship whose appearance was said to bring the greatest joy. He saved countless lives and transformed into an icon of freedom and peace. He was a symbol of justice and power, and used his gifts in order to help everyone he came across. But his luck would soon change.
During his journeys he came across a space beast known as the Leviathan, a massive creature that tore parts of planets away and killed an unknown number of people. Cossa was determined to capture and destroy Leviathan, but never managed to catch him for a number of years. When he finally did manage to find the creature, it easily knocked his ship out of space and into a strange planet called Lixo.
With his ship nearly completely destroyed and his crew all dead, Cossa was incredibly injured. With all the energy he mustered, he wandered into town and paid all the money he had left in order to find some help for his injuries. Being so damaged, the only thing that anyone could really do for him is craft him some organs made of mechanical parts that would help him stay alive. However, they could not save his badly burned skin.
Once he was "repaired", Balnazar was not the same. People turned away from him thanks to his terrible appearance, and he'd lost his status as the hero he once was. No one believed that he was really who he said he was, and everyone assumed that Balnazar Cossa died in his fight with Leviathan. Feeling cursed and betrayed by all the people he'd once helped, Cossa renamed himself and turned to evil, wanting nothing more than to make all people pay for all the harm they'd done him.
Appearance: Balnazar has been turned from his once noble appearance into an intimidating and scary creature. His skin, or at least the small bit of it that is left, is incredibly burned and scarred. Only a small portion of his flesh still remains, most of his body now made from scrap metal from old parts of broken ships and whatnot.
His head is mostly covered by black cloth, which covers his face down past his nose and above his eyes. Both of his eyes have been removed and replaced with optical sensors of fairly bad quality; he can currently only see in black and white. Both of them glow a fierce red color. The cloth that wraps around his head actually falls down his back like a very long bandana.
His upper body is primarily bare, with the only real garments being an ankle-long leather coat (black) that has it's sleeves torn off. Most of his chest and abs are replaced with metal, a spade carved into his chest cavity to let everyone know who he is. Several cloths, bandanas, and chains are wrapped around each of his metal arms.
Three very thick, black belts hold up very baggy pants (also black) that are tucked into large buckled boots of the same color. Several belts, clothes, and such are tied around each of his thighs and calves. No one knows if his legs are made of spare parts or not, but a strange limp and some squeaking noises when he walks may indicate that at least one of his legs is really made of metal.
Personality: Although he used to be one of the best men one would ever meet, he has changed much since his accident. He's now become hysterical, crazy, completely incapable of normal functions and behavior, and possibly one of the most mentally unstable people one would ever know.
He has incredible mood swings from time to time, ranging through the full spectrum of emotions for either seconds or hours. His unpredictable personality often leads people to stray away from him, afraid of his random acts of violence. Small times of good shine through, taking him back to his younger days, though often the good deeds he does for people are really just bad things that carry the illusion of good.
He loves violence, destruction, and thrives in mayhem and chaos. He is a dirty person, a person who is grimy and unorganized, and incredibly maniacal. He doesn't hate anything, but he gets a certain joy out of causing harm to anything at all. He will take life without even thinking about it, rape, steal, and cause general damage wherever he goes.
More often than not, he is the center of attention wherever he goes. Balnazar is rambunctious, often very rude, and has no sympathy for anyone. He never pays for anything, since he loves to steal from everyone he comes across. Since he's made of metal and fairly intimidating to begin with, few people tend to say otherwise.
He's currently looking for a crew in order to get a ship and start plundering universally, although his first true mission is to get strong enough to kill Leviathan-- it, after all, is the thing that messed up his whole life.
Weaknesses: He can't be stealthy or sneaky ANYWHERE because his unpredictable nature takes away the ability to always stay quiet. Because of this, he absolutely cannot ever have the element of surprise.
