Special Move: Hell Shine Attack: This is Ivaniel's trademark move and is fired from one palm, while the other hand supports the firing arm. The user releases a thick black beam of energy that has dark grey ki swirling around it. The beam can be weakly directed by the user. It explodes violently upon impact and is fairly quick to charge up considering its power. However, the move is pretty draining and cannot be used repetitively.

History: Ivaniel was originally brought up on his races main planet, which was pretty much their home. Like the majority of young Icers, he was brought up to learn to fight, his skills improving rapidly until he was one of the more impressive fighters on the planet. However, unlike the rest of his race, who were into conquering planets for their people, Ivaniel showed a much more selfish attitude, the Icer focused on becoming stronger for his own purposes. This intense hunger for power did not blend well with his fellow Icers and Ivaniel ended up leaving the planet, fed up with the people there. Feeling that his own powers were very impressive at the time, he set off for Earth, having heard about the Dragonballs that were there, hoping to gather them to wish for even more power. His plans were set back a long way though when he discovered the kinds of powers some of the Earths warriors had, this meaning each effort to gather the balls was thwarted easily. This frustration developed into an immense hatred for the people of the planet, especially the Humans. Seeking to gain much more power, the Icer went to train at Kendos Complex, a renowned complex for training the less righteous fighters on the planet. Here he managed to reach a higher form of power for the first time, while going through the range of tasks set by the complex for him. He still trains there to this day, his lust for power as great as ever, having tasted the huge increase in power that the one transformation had given him .
Appearance: Looks pretty much like your normal Nocturn Icer as far as general appearance goes, although he is a lot taller and better built than the average Icer, due to the amount of training he undertakes.

Personality: Cold and heartless, Ivaniel has no concerns for others bar those of the same race (of course, there are none on Earth!) He is headstrong and always fights and trains alone. He is a loner who is driven by his goal to resurrect his home planet and won't let anything stop him. Of course, he wants to become the strongest fighter in the universe first so he can make sure the planet will never be taken over again. Ivaniel generally kills those he defeats unless he is too tired to do so as he can get fairly lazy at times e.g. he won't chase a fighter is he is fleeing real fast as he doesn't like wasting energy unless he sees the person as a threat. He doesn't take insults well and is very quick to anger and to take offence. Ivaniel is prepared to do anything to win and will take any chance to attack an opponent, no matter how dishonourable it is.
Weaknesses: He challenges anyone who gets on his nerves, no matter how strong they are and refuses to give up until he is within an inch of his life, no matter how much the odds are against him. Of course when he is against a far superior opponent he can take a fair beating!
