03/201 The Saiyans were forced to condemn Namekian terrorist actions against an Icer embassy being constructed in one of the Prime Colonies. Earth issued a strong statement as well, but did not go so far as to condemn their long ally. The Icers have asked the Universal Council (The united governing and ambassadorial body for all major political and national entities) for sanctions and limited retaliation, but have been denied for now.
Worthy fighters train here at the Grand Kai's planet. Every so often there are tournaments that you can compete in. Only dead people may go here. A mod will tell you if you are worthy to train here.
This is where strong evil characters go to train after they are dead. Although there is just the one Dark Kai, there are many different levels of training that can be done, depending on how strong the character is.
